Casita Carinosa is a three bedroom luxury home reminiscent of old Caribbean luxury bungalows. Amandas offers two apartments complete with bathrooms and kitchenettes, and upstairs is Casa Amancer, a fully appointed one bedroom home with a full kitchen, hammocks, and a sunrise deck. All are set on a quarter acre of lush tropical garden complete with private pool and only 150 feet from the sea and beach.
We are centrally located, just blocks from the water taxi pier, down the street from restaurants, snorkel shops, and of course, a one minute walk to the ocean!
Caye Caulker is 17 miles off the coast of the Belize mainland, 1 mile from the second largest barrier reef in the world. The island is small, with sandy streets, no cars, and a slow laid back lifestyle. The Caribbean waters lap on the sandy shore and the palm trees sway to the tune of the trade winds in a slow lazy way! It is also known at La Isla Carinosa - which means 'Friendly Island'.
